Hoffmann's Winery makes wines in Balatonederics at the western edge of the Balaton Uplands, where old Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner vineyards meet newer varieties like Kékfrankos, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. Clean, honest and boldly individual — these are not standard Balaton bottles: they make you think, sometimes surprise you, but always show honestly what wine means to them.
