Tolna is a wine region in southern Transdanubia where the meeting of Mediterranean and continental climates creates ideal conditions for expressive, characterful wines. The region produces structured reds from Kékfrankos, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as elegant cuvées that reflect the warmth and richness of southern Hungary.
