Grál Pelzberg Kékfrankos 2020 - Dry Red Wine is a Blaufränkisch built on depth and ageing, showing the fruity, mineral and elegant side of the Pelzberg vineyard after long maturation. The complex character of the vineyard can be tasted, and often only reveals itself after proper ageing time. The grapes were harvested at the end of October, then aged for 24 months in a 1000-litre barrel, followed by another year of bottle ageing. This category contains exclusively the absolute top wines of the Pelzberg vineyard, characterised by the fine interplay of fruit, minerality and elegance. It is the absolute flagship of Grál Winery.
