Jakab Badacsony Not Pét 2023 - Dry Rosé Pet-Nat is a fresh, bold pet-nat that places bubbly texture, fruity rosé mood and more natural sparkle at the centre. Pet-nat is a style from the world of natural sparkling wines, where the bubbles develop as fermentation finishes in the bottle. It opens discreetly, with a variety-driven, Champagne-like nose of red berries, crisp sour cherry and inviting raspberry. The aromatic profile is exciting and not at all overly flattering, with fleshy pear, long-lasting blood orange on the finish and silky, caressing bubbles. The palate is beautifully structured and complex; a small amount of sugar is excellently balanced by high acidity. This is a disgorged Pinot Noir rosé pét-nat from Küszöb Orra, on red sandstone soil. Limited quantity.
