Nyolcas és Fia Siller 2020 - Dry Siller Wine has a little depth while remaining easy to drink, creating an exciting transition between rosé freshness and a more red-wine-like fruit character. It was made with six days of skin contact. It is a cuvée of Blaufränkisch, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with round acidity, slight tannin and fruitiness. Not yet red, but no longer rosé.

Food Pairing

Best served with cheese platters, fresh salads and light dinners, where the siller’s fruitiness and looser red-wine character can also show.
