Tasting Notes
Malatinszky Noblesse Cabernoir 2022 - Dry Red Wine is a silkier, fruit-driven Cabernoir that brings back the more classic Malatinszky style with medium body and a softness suited to pleasures at the table. Like its predecessors, the successor is also a medium-bodied wine showing plenty of fruit and fine silkiness, something lovers of table pleasures can only longingly miss. A true Malatinszky classic is renewed. A name known since the 1990s, its renewal is supported by the now productive Pinot Noir plantation. About the vintage: the 2022 vintage was welcomed with optimism by the winemaking community thanks to favourable weather conditions. During the year, the balance of rainfall and sunshine created ideal conditions for healthy grape development. As a result, winemakers could work from excellent quality grapes, allowing a broad palette of wines to be made. Harmony dominates the character of the 2022 wines, making this vintage particularly attractive for consumers. Overall, the 2022 vintage is an excellent choice for lovers of quality wines.
Food Pairing
It works well with spicy dishes and substantial stews, offering a balanced match for the wine’s character.
