Malatinszky Noblesse Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 BIO - Dry Red Wine is a mature, sun-filled BIO Cabernet Sauvignon that places barrel ageing, darker fruitiness and a more serious structure at the centre. The result of endless sunshine and careful farming, this Cabernet Sauvignon was made 100% from free-run juice and aged for 12 months in barrel. Thanks to the soil-water reserves accumulated in 2014 and the increasingly conscious work of our winemakers, excellent wines were born especially from varieties richer in acidity, while early varieties mostly produced soon-ageing, forgettable and simple wines. The wine’s acid and tannin content is high, and its characteristic aroma note is blackcurrant. The 2015 vintage brought an outstanding year for Malatinszky Kúria BIO Wine Estate. The wine shows us all the beauty that can be expected from the variety. Vegan wine. The vintage was brutally hot, marked by constant heatwaves and extreme drought.
