Dobosi Olaszrizling 2025 BIO - Dry White Wine is a light, clean-lined Olaszrizling that shows the friendly side of everyday white wines through fresh fruit and a soft acid feel. It turns in the glass with a clean, greenish, pale lemon colour. On the nose, green apple and green plum unfold first, becoming more expressive as the wine breathes and warms slightly. On the palate, the fresh, fruit-driven Olaszrizling character appears with a rounded sip structure. Its light body is accompanied by soft-toned acidity, and the alcohol fits the sip proportionately, making it a drinkable, balanced Balaton white wine.
Food Pairing
It is a natural choice with fresh cheeses, poultry dishes and light pastas, especially for weekday dinners and more relaxed occasions.
