This is a dry BIO rosé wine with protected designation of origin. Its colour is pale pink, and on the nose it is most reminiscent of sweet red-berry and forest-fruit yoghurt, which also accompanies the sip throughout. The acidity is harmonious, giving a truly light experience on its own or even as a good spritz.
