Bődy Well Set Up Merlot-Kékfrankos Rosé 2025 - Dry Rosé Wine is a lively Merlot-Blaufränkisch-based rosé that gives a light yet more characterful sip with red fruit and fresh acidity. On both nose and palate, the fruitiness is clear but not artificial. During the long fermentation, constantly moving lees gave the wine an elegant creamy structure. It is a special wine spontaneously fermented in a Speidel egg. The blend is 33% Merlot, 33% Blaufränkisch and 33% Zweigelt. It is not a popular spritz-style rosé.

Food Pairing

For food pairing, vegetable dishes and poultry work well with it; it can fit both relaxed and more elegant meals, especially when the food is not too heavy.
