Our Bio Gyöngyöző 2025 was made from Muscat Ottonel grapes. It is a dry white sparkling wine with Balaton protected geographical indication, made with added carbon dioxide. Clean grape aromas characterise it, and the bubbles suit the bright, pale yellow wine very well. The Muscat aromas become complete in both taste and flavour, while a few grams of residual sugar add colour to the sip. It is pleasantly sparkling, refreshing and extremely light.
