It is an abundance of aromas and flavours captured in the bottle, reminiscent of what can be felt in the cellars during this wonderful period. This character is strengthened by 8.5 grams of residual sugar, while 6.6 grams of acidity gives perfect balance and freshness to the sip. The grapes were harvested between 19 and 26 August, then after short skin contact the wine was fermented reductively under cooling and stored in stainless steel until bottling at the end of October.
